Thanks Canada. These higher rep squat and deadlift days make me ache for several days. I’m lame today after last nights workout.

The wife and I put the boards up today for a skating rink. First time I’ve tried this. Put the plastic down soon.

my buddy in laramie keeps threatening to do the hockey yard like that. let me know how it works out.

Thats just freaking insane.

MJ, I borrowed a laser level and had to shorten the rink 6.5 feet. It’ll be 42’ x 36’ with a 5 inch difference between my highest and lowest points. I’ll let you know how it works out.

Both shoulders have been killing me lately so I worked mostly on my back last night.

My kids have been sick for the past 2 days. Stayed home from school and missed practice. So my lifting plans went all to hell. I didn’t get to workout until 9:30 tonight.

I’m with you on the training times. I like going in between 11 -1 or so. Late night sessions suck because I just feel so rushed.

You said you are feeling stronger of late, do you think it’s the higher reps on the squats that are responsible?

Thanks Brett. Consistancy is usually what ups my numbers. But I’m sure higher rep squats and deads are a big part of it.
