Felt good tonight. The fat bar rows really work the grip. Hoping to move some stones this weekend. I’m going to make a pile of stones and move it from point A to point B. Basic.

fatjohn’s rolling order:
ride the ball (piriformis with lax, or use a softball)
bang the pole (adductors)
IT Band (a quick trip through hell)
hip flexor/rectus femoris
rectus femoris with the softball

most peoples can get a way with the first 3, but I has “issues”…

Pete,I’ve got a steady drinking hand. But not sure I’d ever drink and roll. Sounds dangerous.

No stones this weekend. Too busy with hockey. Indoor training for now. Front squats feeling good. My weakest part of th lift is keeping the weight from rolling off my shoulders. Right now if I can hold it I can squat it.

Those are big front squats, particularly after cleans.

315 and 365 are some big squats.

I am big on using the lx ball pretty much on everytihng
Med balls too PVC pipe for thoracic, IT band calves-
proneals- which are the outside of the calves.

and FEET do not forget the feet, golf ball here will make you cry.

Great work, supersetting bench and rows is pretty solid and is a great way of condensing the session.

ATPL1, I’ve always liked a push/pull kind of workout. And like you said it condenses a workout.

Joe, not sure why but I’m feeling stronger lately then I have in a long while. Just ride the wave.

I’m not sure it was a good idea doing 95 reps of front/back squats last night. Wendlers BBB workout on squat and deadlift days is killer.
