Happy Birthday Steve.

squatting that much would hurt my back too. if I could do it.

Happy belated. I’ve asked the Sox to sweep the Yanks for your birthday present.

We’ll see how much PULL I have.

Thanks OG. I’ll check with my wife about the strippers. Be right back.

She said no.

Good lifting Steve, hope the b’day is everything you want it to be.

Thanks Rick. I keep things as simple as I can. Chalk for a present = simple = good.

9/3
squat 135x5,225x5,275x30
bench 135x10,225x10,275x10,315x6

275x30 was no fun after rep 20. Bench was a joke after squats. I went through the motions and did a lot of lying on the floor. Maybe some assistance work tomorrow.

I made a ‘hillbilly’ pool heater today. I attached a 50’ coil of stainless pipe to my pool filter and started a wood fire under it. Hoping to get a few extra weekends out of the pool.

Good Lord that’s some serious squats!

I would have thrown up before I could 30 squats at that weight!

275x30

My God, Man…

Wow, seems like yesterday you were having a birthday on this forum. Time fly warp.
Happy belated.

Oh no! I’m too late. Seems like that crazy Old Goat has gotten to you already.

Must…save…the…others.

Happy belated birthday.
