You should just buy an airplane and be done with it. You can park the go kart, ATV AND F150 in there.

I vote for an f-350 super duty
ddot, can you imagine pulling that plane? It’s bigger then a house.
Germanone, I agree an f350 is a cool vehicle. Don’t think I could afford the gas for it though.
So many training things I want to do.
Too many choices. Hard to focus on one thing. So I end up bouncing all over getting nowhere. Anyone else have this issue.
Well, the shotgun approach might not give you fast results in one specific area, but it is still getting the work done and, hence, progress. Just keep moving. You’ll settle on something…for a while.
I’d like to do a lot of those as well. I think I can do all if I get my GPP work dialed in but its hard to chase after every little goal.
I went to a guys house in my early 30s to play judo
who had a squat rack and a matt in his garage
we rolled for a while did some lifts
then took his wheel barrow filled it with plates and ran up and down the drive way hill
it was awesome.
like go til someone puked awesome
I have conflicting training ADD
if crossfitters weren’t s retarded and it wasn’t the most expensive gym on earth at 200$
I would do that.
what I think I am going to do - is
get my ‘base’ numbers up higher on some staple lifts
and go to doing big giant sets of complexes but heavy

I think you could fit all those in to a week and work them concurrently no problem.
Trap and fat bar and strongman stuff day 1. The powerlifts followed by some higher rep stuff for muscle growth days 3 and 6. Clean and press and bodyweight stuff on day 5 and GPP on days 2,4 and 7.
See, easy!, and what’s more I’ll waive my personal trainer’s fee.
The visible abs will take care of themselves if you do all that!
Kevin, wheelbarrow pushes until you puke. Sounds like fun. Something else I need to add to my list.
Brett, thanks for your ‘free’ training advice. Sounds easy enough.

1a.Axle bar 3 board bench press 285x5x5
1b.chins,pullups,mixed grip pullups
2a.MP 135x10,155x10,175x10,155x10,135x10+5 partials
2b.Axle bar rows 225x5x5
3. 2 sets grip work
The axle bar (pipe from home depot) is 2-2.5 inches wide. It really makes pulling exerices interesting.
Nice work.
we use that kind of pip at work- 2.5" schedule 40 its kinda big.
brett is all class waiving his fee like that.
do you remember Alpha?
this kid was a beast.
used to do TBT style training and hard cardio on the same day.
he would do something like
4 rounds of barbell complex super setted with sprints
then like 3 rounds of a giant set
bench
front squat
weighted pullups
deadlift
except here is the crazy part he would
press and front sq in the 400’s
and the other numbers matched.
you could just do a version of that.
that is what I think I would like to move to

Was Alpha a member here? I’ve never seen him. Sounds like a freak of nature.
Gonna take the 2 kids, one friend, a niece and nephew to see Captian America tonight. Then the entire gang will be sleeping over. My wife is off the hook because she’ll be working. Hitting the stones tomorrow. Also, I’m stealing the loaded wheelbarrow pushing idea from Kevin and will be trying that tomorrow as well.
sounds like a good weekend.
this was his old log he was under 35
reminds me a bit of Fishcer.

stone in the wheelbarrow, then pushies. fantastic.
Buddy, from what little \i know of you, you strike me as the uy who just LOVES to lift heavy shit. So why not do that? Once a week do some hard core conditioning to keep your heart healthy and so that you don’t become a big fat tub of lard. Forget that foolish abs business because deep down I really don’t think you give a rip about having Jersey Shore abs. So stop convincing yourself that you SHOULD find that important.
C’mon man, admit what you love to do, and then do it with drive!
Kevin, for some reason I can’t open those attacments.
MJ, pushy, pushy was fun, fun.
CanadaK, you’re right. I love the heavy stuff. Just venting. Whining like a little sissy. Thanks for smacking me up side the head.

First time I’ve carried the 212 lb stone for 30 yards without setting it down mid carry. Wheelbarrow pushes are fun.

Kevin, just found this guy. What a bad ass! Stong as heck and crazy conditioning. He’s on another site now. 5100block.com
I am always envious of your training, love the ‘fun’ stuff you do

Thanks Pete. Means a lot coming from a strong sob like yourself. I bet you’d like the stone work.

4’’ deficit deads 135x5,225x5,315x5,405x1,455x1,505xmiss,405x1,1
First time I’ve seriouly done deficit deads. 455 was so easy I’m surprised 505 didn’t go. It got stuck 1/2 way up my shins. I was all ready to do a few sets of squats after deads when my son called wanting to come home from a planned sleepover over an hour away. My wife insisted I leave asap to get him so I’ll finish up tomorrow night.
When you lift the stones, do you lift them to ‘load’ height, or do you shoulder them?
