You super setting those?
Joe, no true super set. Just one exercise following the other with 30-60 second rest btw the two.
First time in two weeks having a drink. Two Jim Beams with diet gingerale for desert tonight.

That’s my oldest. Just turned 12 but he wants to be 25. I keep telling him not to rush it. Enjoy being a kid.
I did some drunk thread surfing last night. I apologize to anyone I may have offended.
300x10? Why does it “sound” so easy, when I read it in YOUR log?
Drunk thread surfing…that sounds fun.
He thinks he wants to be 25. There will be plenty of time in which he can revel in those responsibility-ridden and stress-laden years. Freedom comes at a price. You just don’t see it until you are in it.
Hell, were it not for my wife and kids, I would gladly go back to being 4.

Skip, 300x10 surprised the heck out of me. I’ve lost 10-15 lbs and haven’t lost much (if any) strength. I hope this keeps up.
Drunken surfing is fun but the next day you read the previous nights ramblings and think what the hell was I doing.
Kids don’t know how good they’ve got it. My two have spring hockey playoffs tonight. Up to 4 games each. Just have to keep winning or go home.
I did not know hockey ran all summer-
nice pressing I like these style sessions.
Your kid looks cool
Thanks Kevin. He spiked his hair up after getting out of the pool and it dried that way. We all got a good laugh.
Just about any sport these days can be played year round. Spring, summer and fall baseball with winter training indoors. Soccer goes on all year as well. Not like when we were kids and each sport had only one season.
Year round football would have killed me. But, we started in late June (unofficial workouts). We started official practices in mid August and didn’t finish until mid December (played for state my So., Jr. and Sr. years). Spring practice was 6 weeks. So we were at it for 6 1/2 months a year.
Unless you count off-season lifting and 6th period PE, with the football coaches. In that case, we were at it, though not on the field, 11 1/2 months. Hell, my coach had the weight room open on Christmas Day.

My youngest son’s team won their spring hockey leagues playoffs last night. The little shit scored the most goals out of all the players in the tournament. He had a couple 2 goal shifts. My oldest son was doing great. Scoring several goals in two games. Then got into a fight getting him kicked out of the tournament. Really ugly. Had a long talk with him. What I didn’t tell him is I would have done the same thing at his age.
Thats got to be tough, sounds like you handled it well though.
Thanks Joe. Wish I had a parenting handbook sometimes.

Bought a real ab roller for 8 bucks yesterday. Keeping it in the livingroom banging out reps every so often.

You can tell him the other part when he gets older and doesn’t take it as a free pass.
