All in one set so far George. I will have to split it either tomorrow or the next day. I’ve been doing these at work before I sign in. Good way to wake up.
Skip, I think I’m just way out of shape after a long winter and I had a very unhealthy weekend. After the workout I came indoors and lied down on the floor. I couldn’t close my eyes because the room would spin. My wife and kids asked me if I was having a heart attack. I guess I wasn’t.
Sounds like you pushed yourself a bit too hard. It’s never a good idea to lie down straight after intense work because blood can pool in your extremities and can cause dizziness, fainting etc. Always best to stay on your feet and keep moving.
In my opinion though, you have to be in pretty good shape to be able to push yourself that hard.

I’m going to have to starting splitting the chins soon my self. I’m going to try not to split anything else for the entire challenge though.

Thank god, you mentioned that. I was starting to wonder if there was something wrong with me. Mine are as ugly as a busted blister and I keep banging the back knee on the ground to hard.

Thanks Wilson. He and his teammates were excited. They won in the finals against the team who had beat them 8-4 in their first game of the tourament.
Joe,why am I learning all these weaknesses when I’m 41. Been better to fix them when I was 21.
Same here, I think the problem was that at 21 I only cared about the PT test and chasing girls.

Tournaments were the most fun part of youth hockey. Those are the things my son remembers the most - hanging out in the hotels with your buddies, swimming in the pool - and occasionally, winning the whole thing!
