Nice of you to say so, but IMO he who squats biggest, squats best. This aint figure skating there’s no marks for presentation.

Joe, it said to add the 3 movements to whatever program you were doing, do it everyday, adding 1 each day, by the end you will have to do multiple sets throughout the day, of course, but just to get them in.

I just read up on that 60 day thing, sounds interesting. I’ve always been a great believer in the “lumberjack theory”, how you adapt to whatever you have to do everyday.
Will you be taking body measurements? are you doing it for size or fat loss? because they said it’s good for both.
I will be following along closely.

I was pumped to get outside. Carrying, pulling, sprinting…then it friggin snowed again. WTF. And its like 10 degrees colder then average. Wah,wah,wah. I’ll be back out there next week.
My youngest and I were in Saco, Maine all weekend for a hockey tournament. They ended up winning it all. The Comfort Inn we stayed at didn’t have any weights or anywhere to do chinups. I tried to rig up something in my room but nothing worked. Got home yesterday around 4 PM and got outside for a workout. I was so dizzy/nausiuos afterwards I couldn’t think about doing chins/pushups/lunges last night. I felt like I was having bed spins after a night of drinking.

All in one set so far George. I will have to split it either tomorrow or the next day. I’ve been doing these at work before I sign in. Good way to wake up.
Skip, I think I’m just way out of shape after a long winter and I had a very unhealthy weekend. After the workout I came indoors and lied down on the floor. I couldn’t close my eyes because the room would spin. My wife and kids asked me if I was having a heart attack. I guess I wasn’t.
