Great work, as usual.

I wish we had some snow to shovel. All we got is the pineapple express and rain on the hill. I suspect the boy’s ski lessons will be canceled this week.

Tons of snow here and another foot on the way. My youngest has been having a blast snow boarding at a local ski place.

sldl 2’’ deficit 315x5,5,5
stone trainer lift thing 110x3x5

Feeling good today but everything felt heavy so I kept it light and got one good higher rep set in. The stone trainer isn’t anything more than the end of an olympic bar with weights added.

t-handle swings 100x10,10,10,15,15

Hamstrings should feel something tomorrow.

Nice work going on in here. Love me some DOMS but hopefully they don’t last too long.

Steve- 3 or 4 exercises per session, always solid numbers, I need to do more work like that instead more is better BS. good stuff brother

Thanks guys.

1b. meadow rows 12 sets

I can’t wait for the snow to be gone so I can do some prowler pushing and hill sprints. So I can be ready for the zombie apocalipsis.

  2. squats (no belt) 225x20,20,10,10,10
  3. sldl 2’’ deficit 275x5x5

Its been over two weeks since I last squatted but things felt great. No back or knee pain at all. I did run out of gas though on the third set of squats with 225. Going to try and trim down my stomach again. See how that goes.

That kind of work with reps on the squat to finish off will definitely work off extra weight. Nice work on the pauses.

Thanks GV. Time to get out 0f the 40’’ waist pants.

Cardio weight training…very efficient!

Thanks Paul. I try to use my lifting time wisely.

Been keeping away from the bread, pasta, sugar and booze all week. But I’m enjoying some beers tonight. I like the deficit deads. Hoping they help my strength off the floor where I’m weakest. I need to remember to keep some kind of loaded carry somewhere in my workouts. Dan John says they’re important and he knows more than I do.

Feeling good and looking good…the ladies of NH will attest!!

The regularity of your conditioning work is awesome and a reminder I need to get better at it.

Dan JOhn knows more then most…
looking good in here.

Thanks guys.

I should have more time to workout after this Monday. Kids’ hockey seasons and tryouts will be over. Thank goodness. A 6 month long season is to much.
