I was spent by the end of front squats holding the bar in place. Overall I was very pleased with this workout.

Didnāt feel like lifting weights so I did a couple BW exercises. My wife bought a concept 2 bike rated for up to 300 lbs so I gave it a go. Now to beat 6:46 the next time out.

Worked out with my oldest son. I just used the weights he was putting on. He benched 295x5 so I think he could bench around 335.
Iām seeing you in your cycling bib shorts, leaning forward into the sprint, kinda a Lance Armstrong on really good stuff.
Your son will always remember those workouts.
