I made my first sweet potato pie yesterday. Came out really good. Gonna be my post workout meal. Canāt let it go to waste.
I think those are better than pumpkin. We buy a case yearly from a produce guy who stops regularly at office. You can just wash and bake the potatoes for an hour at 300 degrees and skip the pie work. They tend to become addictive with butter and cinnamon sugar.
Mac, thatās a lot of the ingredients for the pie. No wonder itās so good. And simple.
