Coincidently. I just had a " 0% of everything" deload, the past 7 daysā¦just chiming in.
Mac, I like doing chins after curls to work my arms.
Eric, 0% is probably the best deload. Get you totally out of the gym. Make you excited to go back after a week.

Working some conditioning back in. Wish my regular squats were as good as my 17āā box ssb. For me theyāre not the same exercise at all.

Not sure how much the chains added. For a warmup I carried the equipment I was using outside into the basement: 4-45s, 53 lb t-handle, 140 lb sandbag and the Husafell stone. These 45s are so thin.

Eric, the amount of equipment we have exploded when my oldest got into it 6 or 7 years ago. My wife reacts so much different when he asks for something expensive than when I do.
