Coincidently. I just had a " 0% of everything" deload, the past 7 days…just chiming in.

Mac, I like doing chins after curls to work my arms.

Eric, 0% is probably the best deload. Get you totally out of the gym. Make you excited to go back after a week.

Working some conditioning back in. Wish my regular squats were as good as my 17’’ box ssb. For me they’re not the same exercise at all.

I always sucked at deloads. Injuries or travel were about the only thing that made me really stick to them.

Not sure how much the chains added. For a warmup I carried the equipment I was using outside into the basement: 4-45s, 53 lb t-handle, 140 lb sandbag and the Husafell stone. These 45s are so thin.

Eric, the amount of equipment we have exploded when my oldest got into it 6 or 7 years ago. My wife reacts so much different when he asks for something expensive than when I do.
