Spoto press is a bench press where you stop a couple inches above the chest. You never touch your chest with the bar. I wasn’t going to workout today but my son was benching. So I jumped in.

Yoke carry 256x6x150’ and at least 100’ each way from the house.
I measured a 100’x50’ rectangle on my side lawn. I thought I’d carry the loaded 256 lb yoke around the 300’x17 trips plus to and from the house totaling at least a mile. I’ve never been so completely wrong.
Is that - gasp - cheater tape!?
I put it on my axle, btw.
