The 5th and 6th push I did without stopping. I think it almost killed me. (maybe a bit of an exaggeration)
Yeah. Youāre too tough to kill. Thatās a compliment.

This is very loosely based on the āMurphyā. That guy ran a mile did 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups,300 squats and ended with a 1 mile run. All with a 20 lb vest on. Frigginā animal. Iāll never jog again. Bike for me.
Murphy spit up a lung afterward?

I banded my hips deadlifting and sldl. Trying to help my hip follow through. I donāt think it helped much.

Outstanding. I donāt think Iāve ever seen that done by someone not lifting in the olympics.
Thanks all. My son wavers in and out of enjoying working out. If he ever gets serious I think he could put up some good numbers.

I drank the fasting Kool-aid. For the past 2 weeks Iāve only eaten dinner. No breakfast or lunch. I fasted for 37 hours last weekend. Iām 24 hours into a 48 hour fast right now. Feeling really good.
Great time period for a fast. My best has been 22 hours. I use coffee. It is surprising how good one feels while doing it. Keep it up!

This is the toughest workout Iāve done to date. The last half of this I struggled. Sitting on the deck all chilled out now.
