The 5th and 6th push I did without stopping. I think it almost killed me. (maybe a bit of an exaggeration)

I planned on doing 20 rep squats for all my sets. But that ended real quickly.

This is very loosely based on the ā€˜Murphy’. That guy ran a mile did 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups,300 squats and ended with a 1 mile run. All with a 20 lb vest on. Friggin’ animal. I’ll never jog again. Bike for me.

I banded my hips deadlifting and sldl. Trying to help my hip follow through. I don’t think it helped much.

Outstanding. I don’t think I’ve ever seen that done by someone not lifting in the olympics.

Thanks all. My son wavers in and out of enjoying working out. If he ever gets serious I think he could put up some good numbers.

I drank the fasting Kool-aid. For the past 2 weeks I’ve only eaten dinner. No breakfast or lunch. I fasted for 37 hours last weekend. I’m 24 hours into a 48 hour fast right now. Feeling really good.

Great time period for a fast. My best has been 22 hours. I use coffee. It is surprising how good one feels while doing it. Keep it up!

This is the toughest workout I’ve done to date. The last half of this I struggled. Sitting on the deck all chilled out now.
