Is the Built for Battle Workout a Circuit?

For the new built for battle program that Christian wrote…is it a circuit in the traditional sense that you complete one exercise of each then move on? or just complete each of the 5,4,3,2,1 for each exercise before moving on to the new movement..
I think the former is true but just checking thanks

Performing 5 consecutive sets of the same exercise while adding weight each set is a circuit?
