New Box Squat PR

Well went to the weightroom today. Hadn’t lifed since monday (finals) and didn’t have my partner there today. Started up with benching. just 135x5, 155x5, 165x5.
Moved to the squat rack only planning to do 3-4 sets. Ended up doing:
(weight plus 30 pound chains on each side)

135x5(actually 195)
155x5
175x5
205x5
215x5
225x5
245x3

so 305 pound box squat to parallel with chains. I was in an inzer z suit, a 4inch belt, and no wraps. I had a guy in our weightroom watch me on the last set. He didn’t even touch me on any of the reps. even crazier yet I managed
4 setsof military pressing
2 sets of clean n jerk (no way I was going to be able to deadlift after that)
3 sets of bent over rows
3 sets of weighted pullups

And I feel like I could go back and do it again. I’m amazed I made it through all of that in a hour.
