Cy: since you chimed in I have another one for you. Would the 6 pills once a day work as well for the newer version of Mag-10 or should I stick to my 3 pills twice a day.
Thanks for the help

Generally speaking, in the vast majority of cases, it’s going to be at least somewhat more advantageous to split the dosing up. The question is whether or not the difference in blood levels translates into a significant difference in terms of gains. Either way I think you’re fine but if you like, continue taking 3 caps, twice daily.
I posted this in the 4-AD product forum, but I’d like to see what some of you guys have to say about this. In the past I’ve done Mag-10 cycles with 2 sv. a day, and was able to train like an animal week after week and still recover, even while doing twice-a-day workouts. Now, I’ve got 10 cycles of Mag-10 in the freezer waiting for the fall/winter bulking season. I would also like to get 10 cycles worth (cycle=2 weeks) of 4-AD to run concurently with the Mag-10. One serving ea. per day. Anyone else have something like this planned? Of course I don’t plan on doing 10 cycles all at once! More like a cycle or two here and there over the next two years, with sufficient off time for endocrine recovery.
Thanks for the detailed response - it really helped to shed some light on why the new supplement is better.
I was hoping to find out how much of the old product you’d have to take to reach the same blood levels of 4-AD as a full dose (100mg)of the new product, which I was mistakenly calling mg to mg.
I now understand that this data might not be available due to the rush to get it to market before it’s banned, though I had to ask just it case. I guess I’ll experiment a little when my order arrives and report back if I learn anything interesting.
