wg chins - 4 x 6 used the assisted knee thing for my last 2 sets. Was focusing on slow descent, stretch, contract. Got a much better feel out of the machine than I did raw dawg’n it.

I started about 2-3 weeks ago. Good question…I’m hoping to hold the mid 170’s at around the same level of bodyfat as last diet down(beginning of log). That would give me about 20lbs to shed.
