tired today - everything felt super heavy.

wt has been stalled in the low 190’s. I feel like a bloated hog, so I talked to John about leaning out in the near future. He would like to me add another 5lbs first. I’m going to take one for the team and get these next 5 lbs even though I am already uncomfortable at my current weight. I am very tempted to add these 5 lbs in the next week just to get it over with. just kidding but kinda not.

Tightening up. I’ve cut carbs from one meal (every day) and we’ll see where that gets me. This sounds stupid but I already feel flat.

I hear ya on just adding the 5 so you can drop to where you need to be. I know exactly that spot in your/my head.

Cav, although the similarities are striking between myself and the huge dude in the video, the guy in the video is nowhere near as handsome as me (sorry John). lol

The video is of John Meadows performing reeves deadlifts with a deliberate shrug at the top.

It’s an honest mistake, most of the guys on this site are so big and strong.

Double check those 4 lbs, might just be random fluctuations.
