Talk to me in a year and a half, I may just know of one!

Awesome video, Yonkey, is that what you’re aiming for?

Sure, at a wt of 170-185. I can’t see myself ever gaining enough lean mass to get much bigger than this at low bf levels. It’s just not going to happen.

getting sick. missed 3 meals over the last 2 days and dropped 6 lbs. Forgot my MAG-10 flavoring…drank it anyways. I DO NOT recommend this, if you go for it, good luck. Still had a decent session considering.

Are you doing MAG-10 during? How are you liking it?

I just picked some up last week and am doing 2 scoops Po-Wo. I do BCAA’s intra.

My supplement list is ridiculous. I got a couple dozen bottles in my pantry.

Yep, 3 scoops MAG-10 intraworkout, mixed with some waxy or potato starch and teh creatine. I have been using it since July and I think it is very effective. I mix up bcaa’s in the morning and sip on them all day.

Cool. I’m going to 3 scoops intra today with about 50g carbs (rhymes w/ Hour Barb).

its super sexy in here!

Hi yonkey, just discovered your log. I’m currently doing a program with Shelby Starnes myself; we’re about to switch from a cutting to a ā€˜lean gain’ regimen. Looking forward to following along here.

matty - lol. getting jacked for your meet?

eyedentist - glad to have you along. I followed the same plan with Shelby - lean out and then lean gain.

missed many meals over the last several days due to sickness and training intensity has been down. Getting sick while bulking pisses me off. On the upside, sleep has been better.

How are the wheels buddy?

My calves are doing well. I’ve been going hard 2x a week for 3 weeks and then skipping calf work for an entire week.

they are coming along slowly. main problem is the right one is undersized compared to the left due to an old injury. It’s been this way since the injury and is the only reason i give myself a two yr window to compete. I am sure I will have to address it solely at some point. For now, just trying to put size on both of them. I’m not worried, I will prevail.

calves are doing good. I found that set up effective also. I have recently been training them 2 or 3 times a week. Focusing on the stretch and even doing partials at times. I am finding that my calves can handle a lot more abuse than I previously thought.

Starnes juked me–just when I thought we were going to start the lean gain, he cut my carbs again. But I’m going to be a good soldier and follow orders without question. Are you still working with him?

At least your still getting carbs, lol

I worked with Shelby over an 18 month period and am currently working with John Meadows.

Hi Lula, thank you much. it’s hard to gain weight with no appetite. Sickness getting in the way of my goals is frustrating.
I hope to make 315 mine. We will see, I think I got it by year end.

Shoulder is a leetle better. supraspinatus is/has been hurting. I have been focusing on prehab work to help me out.
