Update please!
Rounded out Friday, Saturday, Sunday with my usual diet. Except on Saturday I had a bunch of Chicken with Vegetables for my whole food meal.
Sunday was really difficult as it was my last day!
I weighed in at 208 still. So for the diet I lost 16.5lbs. I feel like I gained some muscle so the number of fat might actually be higher.
I am easing my way back into eating whole food again. Today my diet went as follows.
Breakfast:
Steel cut oats
Few pieces of Beef Jerky
1/2 Apple
Snack:
Protein Shake (Metabolic Drive)
Lunch:
Spinach Tuna salad w/ Tomatoes. Small amount of cheese.
Snack:
Protein Shake (Metabolic Drive)
Few pieces of jerky
Dinner:
8oz of Chicken
Steamed carrots
Spinach salad w/bell pepper
1/2 apple.
How are you feeling with the whole foods? I started the transition yesterday as well. Only ate 2 whole food meals though and probably should’ve stuck to one. Up one lb this morning, not bad.
