Prof you are cracking me up today, frankyboy7 my advice for you is don’t eat any carbs after 5 pm only meat and veggies and do some steady state cardio like 10 - 20 minutes jogging after your weights sessions. on your off days do more intense cardio like sets of 50 meters sprints. hope that helps.
