First of all, congratulations on dropping the fat. You’ve actually done what I intended to do but never got around to all throughout my pubescent years. I’m sure it was difficult, and you deserve to be lauded for it.
Never do that shit again.
I’m guessing you probably dropped 40 lbs in six months- which is hard under the best of circumstances, let alone for a thirteen year-old boy. I’m assuming it involved a great deal of running and starvation. The former is not a problem, the latter will kill your hormone levels and stunt your growth. Lifting won’t. Not eating will.
And I’m calling bullshit on your lifts, because your arms and legs are small. I will be happy to eat my words if you post a video showing you performing both to a PL depth without help from a spotter.

Eat plenty of whole, healthy food and train hard three times a week. Enjoy life. Post any more specific questions you may have, and good luck.[/quote]
I just find it hard to believe how some members say that they can lift some decent weight looking like they do. No offense dude i just dont see the muscle neded to do that big squat(the right way anyway).
6+ meals a day.
train hard.
work on your FORM more then your weight; trust me when I say that it’s more important. (bad form will only get you so far until you either plateau or injur yourself)
i too think that 245lbs is a bit high for your squat; but hell…if i’m wrong and you can get to paralell (or lower) without a spotter using a barbell…outstanding.
also; enough with the photos. we have enough haha. no need to flood this site with 1/2 naked 14yr olds…at least not THIS site.
Anyone who posts their picture has my respect:-) You have clearly made good progress and your hard work paid off for you! Good job. I agree 100% with OTEP’s recomendations for you.
As usual, I agree with Otep’s advice. I also call bullshit on your lifts, primarily because of your size, and also because your squat is greater than mine. That makes me sad, especially because I am 22 and outweigh you by 25 pounds.
Post up videos and you’ll have me eating my words and singing your praise.
Seriously, I will buy you a bottle of Surge if I see a video of 245x6 regulation parallel squat. Hell, I’m feeling nice, you can use a belt if you want!
