Need Some Help...

So i’m a 21 year old collegiate golfer who is looking to take my game to the next level. i feel that the only thing that i am missing from my game is more power. i hit the ball a reasonable distance of 270 yards, however i feel that i need a bit more in order to turn pro.

I’m 6’2, 170 lbs, 9% body fat. i think it just may be my easy going nature that may prevent me from really going after the ball. i’ve been lifting for the last 3 years pretty regularly and have used some suppliments with a little success.

So i turn to everyone here to see what else (regarding workout or suppliments) that i can do or use to seek my goals. Idealy i’d like to be somewhere around 190, and 7% body fat.

Any suggestions???

I actually went into quite a bit of detail on how I train golfers (and athletes in general, for that matter) in a newsletter about two months ago; check it out:

A lot of this stuff is also covered in my new off-season training manual:

why would anyone want to be better at golf?? you’re such a queer… you probably wear product in your hair and pop your collar you fuckin’ fruit loop…
