Hello everyone, I have been a lurker here for a couple weeks now. I have been reading a lot of the articles and the posts daily and simply have some questions that I would like to have answered so I can begin working out again and doing it right.
I weigh 200lb’s so I should be eating 3000 calories a day, but to lose about a pound a week, I cut it by 500, and take in 2500 calories a day?
2)I’m interested in following the
T-dawg diet, but after looking at the sample diet that was layed out, I am wondering what foods would be good to add into that diet, so i’m not eating tuna every day for lunch and beef jerky for a snack.
Before cardio yes or no to eating?
Before lifting yes or no to eating?
Supplements and bars such as Grow and Surge, what exactly are they in the diet for? I would have no problem using them, but would love to know what their primary purpose is.
Protein shakes, are they there just to add even more protein into your diet, or does protein help muscle grow?
I was looking into the total body workout system but don’t think thats my thing. So should I work 2 different groups 3 times a week and if so what groups are best to pair together? If I’m doing chest and back where can I find online a nice chest and back routine? Like what exercises should I be doing on that day.
Sorry if most of these questions are very newbish, but just looking for some answers so I can do this the right way.
