So after moving away from home I’ve had to adjust my diet a bit, but right now I’m worried that despite getting more than enough calories, my nutrients are lacking. Never worried about this in the past, but anyway.
Here’s a snapshot of a typical day:
6:30 AM
2 scoops whey
1 cup oats
500mL milk
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 multivitamin
(~1000 calories)
10:00 PM
1 apple
1 500mL milk
1 oatmeal bar
(~400 calories)
12:00 PM
Take-out lunch
Something high in calories/protein
(~600-900 calories)
2:00 PM
2 scoops whey w/ water
BCAAs
oatmeal bar
(~500 calories)
4:30 PM
2 potatoes
150g beef or chicken
2 cups spinach
(~500 calories)
Training + 1 Serving Surge (~300 calories)
8:00 PM
4 eggs
1 thick slice sourdough bread
1 cup spinach
(~600 calories)
10:00 PM
Something tasty after eating all that clean food, varies
(~500 calories)
What do you think, should i add some more vegetables or just rely on what I have plus the multivitamins?
