Am I Eating Big Yet?

Bulking Diet:

7:30 - Bran Flakes, Bacon, Banana
10:30 - Gainer shake
12:30 - Meat Sandwich on 12 grain, veggies
3:30 - Protein Bar, Walnuts+Almonds, Banana
5:30 - 2 Hamburgers, veggies
7:30 - Gainer (PWO)
9:30 - 6 egg western omlette

Multi, Creatine, Fish Oil

Been sustaining this for a week now, working full time + training 4x weekly on WS4SB III (extra lower day). Looking to go from 185 to ~200lbs. No idea how many calories this is, but the burgers are 1k total and each gainer is 1k, so probably around 5000kcals and 300g+ protein.

too little veggies?

am I on the right track?

The only way to tell is if you’re gaining at a rate you are happy with. What you listed could be too many calories for some and not enough to others.

And I wouldn’t worry about the veggies, but someone else may disagree.

I agree with what Lanky said. Only you can tell if it’s enough food. Are you gaining weight? Are you making progress? If not, then adjust accordingly.

Same with the veggies, you could eat more if you want. If you’re just talking about stuff like spinach and broccoli, then they aren’t adding that much to your overall calories anyway.

Yeah, it’s all relative, although that doesn’t look like all that much food to me. Then again, I don’t know what’s in your “Gainer” drink.

every meal you eat should be accompanied by some form of veggies to keep your body’s acidity levels down.

This should help explain what I mean better: http://www.T-Nation.com/readArticle.do?id=460222

I Seem to pack on weight pretty easily, even though fat comes with it, and I eat more than that…I think i would waste away with that
