One of my friends had his liver enzymes checked and they were elevated… Here are his levels:AST(SGOT) (IU/L): 62H and ALT(SGPT) (IU/L) 70H
I know that heavy drinking,Steroids, and a few other meds cause this type of elevation....what could be doing this? He thinks it may be his diet...I think he secretly is using, but he asked me for my help and I will atleast try.

This is for a doc or the T-scientists to be sure but I have something called Gilberts’ Syndrome a genetic but not harmful (said my doc) many years ago…where the liver enzymes are elevated.

Wilsons disease:abnormal copper metabolism
Hepatitis B/C
Excessive niacin intake
I should add that weightlifting can also
elevate enzymes along with being infected with
common viruses.He should be retested.
