Hi I’m new round here and was wondering if you could help me out. I usually read stuff like Flex and Musclemag until I got pointed to this website but I’m still a little dazed as to the information overload.
I’m 21, 145lbs, 5.10 and with a naturally skinniny build, (I’m a skinny little prick). I have been training on and off for about 4 years but to no sucess. My main problem is with food and how much to consume so I was wondering if you have any good nutrition tips. I like to drink 2 nights a week beacuse I’m a bit of a party animal and was also wondering if this could be halting my progress beacuse somebody told me it does.
I’m interested in buying some Methoxy from Biotest, will this help me?

My suggestion is to remember that the proper term is:

Until you get your diet down, nothing you do in the wieght room or with supplements is going to help. Pure and simple.
Keep track of everything you eat for two weeks. Get a calorie counter book. Figure out how many calories you consume, on average, per day. Then come back to us and we’ll try to help you out.
If you’re not willing to do this, then you should face up to the fact that you’re not serious about changing your body and just concentrate on partying.

I refuse to accept that you are serious about changing your body. If you don’t realize for yourself that drinking has a negative effect on your body, how can you expect us to provide you with any help? You need to get your shit together first.
