Completely new to the whole thing

Hello everyone, im a 6’ 150lb wanna be body builder. Ive purchased alot of equipment and even started a program i made up myself from reading a ton of different books and brochures ive found. I purchased 100% Whey Protein, Mega Men Vitamins, Zinc Magnesium Asparate pills and Creatine Monohydrate. I take my creatine once a day and my protein shakes 3 times a day. Normally take in 2800-3500 cal’s per day. I have a BIG goal that i want to reach ever since ive quit smoking (YAY ME) and gone on a big health kick. Lowered my sugar/fat intake. I watch everything i eat. All my life ive been thin(125lbs), and really havent tried bulking. Now i want to bulk, ALOT. Can anyone tell me a place to find EXACTLY what i should eat and what workouts i should do? How much cardio i should do if any? Aerobics? Consider me to be completely amatuer to this and help me fill in the blanks. Thanks guys. Chris A.

I commend you for wanting to learn this stuff. And keep us posted here on the forum as to your progress.
