Need Help With Reps/Sets

I was wondering how I should split the sets/reps in this situation.

Should I superset different forms of shoveling? Like Have my deadlift position first for 10 reps, and then switch over to a bent rowing position?

What kind of supplements would I need?
Should I do some light cardio after?
Should I superset with weighted chin-ups on the shed?
Can you tell my body fat %?
