I would suggest stop training chest 3x a week, it is a good way to lead to shoulder injuries creating imbalances between your chest/back.
If I was you I would hit each bodypart evenly with a split program (read up on CT’s stuff) and stick at it consistantly, eating a diet with a caloric surplus that includes loads of free-range meat.
Bro, just need to check are you on any gear before? If not, then its easy to bulk up with certain detailed training.

Totally agree with stop training your chest 3x a week, I trained twice a weak for a while and i developed a problem in my shoulder. Your going to end up over stressing it.
Dont be afraid to eat eaither, man. Keep up the good the work though!
Thanks bro
thib’s hss-100 chest specialization?
I don’t see what’s wrong with your chest. You just need more size everywhere to look more impressive.
i just dont its thick enough and my upper pecs lagzorss
anyways does drinking affects ? i am kinda hook up to partying and clubbing these days man. thinking of cutting out night partying life.
heres my chest day
3 sets of flat bench DB
4-5 sets of incline bench DB
3-4 sets of decline BB
4 sets of cable crosses
about a month ago when i was feeling stalls on progress i changed up my routine. all i did was just aim to keep things simple. so i decided to up the weight and just work on getting 6-8 reps out and not go to failure until the 3rd-4th set.
i now have stretch marks on my chest for the first time ever.
i think every once in a while when you need to spark up gains again you just got to go back to basics and lift heavier. even if youre only getting 5 reps the new stimulus of heavier weight is going to help a lot. plus i also have been really controlling the eccentric portion (i think thats the lowering?) which has been great too. so to take a page from DC on my very last rep, the one im pushing to failure i still make sure i lower the weight very slowly. of course i can only do this with dumb-bells so i can just drop em after.

withen reason it does or doesnt. you seem younger, not sure your age though. so going out a couple nights and having a few drinks wont kill you. but if youre doing it every night and drinking gratuitous amounts then yea it can cause some delaying.
personally i dont even have the chance. i work thurs-sunday nights (at a bar of all places) and i just dont have the oppurtunities to always go out especially when im leaving at 1am and last call here is the same time. but i also get drunk off a beer or two…and i weigh 200 pounds.
