Need Help With Diet

Ok. Here goes I am 36 and about 100 to 110 pounds. My workout is decent but I am going to ramp it up a notch.
The main problem I have is diet. I have always been overweight but have been active. Last year lost about 50 pounds doing a low carb diet. (Or something of that nature) What supplements would help my strength and aid in weight loss. I know you still have to watch what you put down your throat. I will be starting 15 to 20 mins of cardio on the bike in the morning, but weight training in the morning mat be tough as I get up around four o’clock
in the morning.

I do not get home till about 5 pm so this is when I will do my lifting. I have some free weights but don’t laugh a bowflex as I don’t have room for heavy free weighs. I kinda like the bowflex though. I currently have no health issues and would like to get healthy. Also I play softball while batting is not an issue other aspects of the game are harder due to getting winded and lack of endurance. Thanks in advance. I really need some help and some motivation as I really have no workout partner. I think I can deal with the later.

You weigh 100 lbs?

Here’s a great place to get started on your nutrition education:

Concentrate on getting a solid nutrition program going before you worry about supplements. Controlling weight isn’t about what supplements you take. It’s about having a healthy eating lifestyle and knowing how to eat real food in a way that keeps you lean and supports good health.

Number one best supplement for health and fat control is fish oil.

Training, nutrition and rest is what builds muscle, not supplements.

If wind and endurance is an issue, look at your cardio plan. 15-20 min is enough but make sure it’s high intensity.
