gotta take those long breaks between working sets, cook a small meal to refuel, re-stretch, and then have a go haha it eats up the time like you wouldnāt believe!

And donāt forget that you have to do a full body foam rolling session between each exercise. Just because you did Squats earlier doesnāt mean you can go into Deadlifts without warming up again.

There isnāt really any difference in the pictures you posted. Run any decent strength program and youāll see better results imo.
