Need Help with Barbell-Only Plan

In Wendler’s article regarding BBB on T-Nation (Boring But Big 3-Month Challenge - T Nation Content - COMMUNITY - T NATION), he actually mentions bicep/barbell curls as an assistance exercise.

But the point is that it shouldn’t be all that important to your training in the grand scheme of things. You can probably just do 3-5 sets of 10-12 with an empty bar and be fine.

Weighted pull-ups are also a fine arm work-out. Hell, they’re probably the best way to put on mass quickly onto your entire upper body.
