Hi, I have no idea except the very very basic about protein.
I want to gain a lot of muscle and would like to add PROTEIN POWER to my diet. I do a lot of bodystrenghtening exercises at home (push-ups,sit-ups) and lift free weights (biceps, triceps, forearms)
The reason im signing up at the gym is because they have a lot of equipment that i dont have at home (benchpress, butterfly chest, that thing where u sit and pull down on a rope with arms, etc)
Now i eat very healthy (5-7 time day, no fast-food, no junk-food, no soda, no coffee, rare alcohol)
The reason i signed up on this site is because i heard at the ‘gym store’ they mark up their prices, plus i dont know anything about protein powder.
My number 1 goal is to gain muscle, and get a lot of protein for my money. (later on i might give multi-vitamins a try and maybe fish-oil tablet but im sacred that all the plastic from pills in unhealthy for the liver)
So can an experienced poster please help me choose the right protein powder, im ready to buy in bulk if there is a discount, and can you link me to it?
NOTE i dont want anything dangerous like creatine just protein powder that will give maximum effect for my goals.
I hear that Krill is excellent, and will be the next big ‘thing’ in bodybuilding

Everyone watch out for the plastic pills. Your liver will disintegrate. !!!

What’s your current height and weight?
How many calories did you eat yesterday?
There are no plastics in pills.
Get some Metabolic Drive:
Two or more bottles gets you a discount.
Creatine is not dangerous.
If you’re not eating enough calories, period, nothing will get you closer to your goals.
If you turn out to be a genuine troll instead of a terribly misinformed dude, I’m going to kick a kitten in the teeth.
Creatine is not dangerous and does not cause rage.
Pills are encased in gelatin, it dissolves. Completely.
Get Metabolic Drive, its delicious.
Protein doesn’t matter unless you’re eating like a man.

It also doesn’t matter unless your training like a man. pushups, sit-ups, biceps, triceps, forearms is what your post looks like…learn to train properly before worrying about protein, perhaps?
funny post though!

Click on the store link, or put your head under a car tire.
First of all, forget everything you have ever heard about supplements and training. I would recommend Whey protein as a source of quick digesting protein post-workout (after a workout) Your goals also lack variety. Training biceps, triceps and forearms will only get you so far. Shoulder, leg, back, chest and core exercises must also be incorporated into your training.
As well, supplement businesses vary in price and my best advice to you would be to shop around. For quality protein that tastes great and is a fair price I would recommend Gold Standard Whey by Optimum Nutrition or Syngex by VPX.
