Eat what you bloody want or its not a cheat!

Mine started at 2 hours ago at 12, and will proceed to 12 tonight.

So far has been
8 cherry bakewell tarts
fish butty
500g wine gums
1 ltr lucozade
3 packs fruit pastilles
That lists looks soo good given that I have a huge craving for sweets as well. While would like to eat whatever I want, that list is just too long/big. Perhaps I’m too indecisive, sadly, which is why i’ve asked for suggestions on meals
I now feel genuinely ill.

Why is this list too big? just eat what you want for a certain period, allocate yourself a certain time say 2 hours on a sunday, and eat what you fancy in them hours.

Personally I like to eat far too much on my cheat day, I eat myself till I feel ill, so I dont crave anything throughout the week, I’m upto 12 hours at the moment and weight has stabilised, I’m still getting leaner.

Youd be surprised how much rubbish you can get away with eating and grow and get leaner when its timed right (after calorific depletion periods or pre wo etc)
nice, I think i may try that today/tommorow  and just wondering, do you often go on these feasts on pre-/post-workouts or off days?
People are getting irritated because you are turning something that literally means “don’t give a shit” into “let’s micro-analyze every aspect of it”.

You are by no means at a stage where it fucking matters.
I think prof. X has just revolutionized my diet…

I am dieting at the moment for a specific reason so only having one every sunday, 12mid day till 12 sleep.

When I’m more relaxed with diet I tend to keep the bulk of my carbs pre workout (an idea first planted in my head by bbb who posts on here) Then post workout I’ll go to trace carbs for a while (<10g cho)
That way I stay insulin sensitive, workouts dont suffer, and I can eat crap while staying lean!

Willy Wonka. Or Brundlefly.

I don’t think there’s anything necessarily wrong with wanting to weigh 150lbs, but I’m puzzled as to why someone wanting to do so would post (and presumably lurk) on this site.

You too TWO years to lose 30 pounds???

I don’t want to remain at 150 pounds, but rather start gaining some mass now. It’s just that the body fat % that satisfies me puts me at around 150 pounds.

You’re doing things wrong if it took that long, seriously. Reassess your thought process as professor X mentioned, not only in your nutrition but your training as well.

Ya, I think its what I MUST do now if I want to make any gains. I realized that if i maintain my previous train of thought on ‘dieting’, it will defiantly inhibit any gains which I hope to make. So now i guess cheat meals aren’t really the way for me to go. Instead I’ll eat more liberally to satisfy my body’s needs on a daily basis, and as professor X said, probably won’t need a cheat meal (Unless I feel like treating myself to something special :D).

Wait…he’s listening?

You think too much.

Eat more.

If you want to gain muscle, some ideas :

 • go beef. BEEF. Or pork, but chicken or fish are not the solutions.
 • pizzas are for some unknown reason very enjoyable and good for mass build
 • Carbs and fat are fuels to build size

Keep working out a ton and your body composition will adapt to your sport lifestyle and you won’t become a fatty in 2 months. relax dude.

If you don’t have fuel (carbs & fat), you can eat 4g / lbs of protein, your gains will be ridiculously slow.

I want to make progress right? nothing wrong with trying what has worked for others, worst would be some fat gain, but undoubtedly paralleled with strength and size gains as well. So ya, just want to thank you prof x. for getting me out of my old momentum concerning my diet while i’m still fairly young. Anyways, I guess I should track my progress for now and see how this new ‘diet’ of mine will progress

Ya i’ve noticed that at times with my past diet. I now realize although my previous diet may for cutting, it undoubetdly decreased my energy/performance often.
