I’m looking for advice to get to 10% for the first time, currently I’d say I’m around 19% 6ft 4inch and weighing around 110kg This has been my first real attempt at losing fat. I’ve been using a Ketogenic diet for 2 months and I’m now reaching out for a new approach and a more effective way. Any advice welcome, or diet and workout plans as I’m willing to pay for those. If you’re willing to pay for a plan, consider hiring a trainer to program your diet and training.

Edit @tomrow192 For the record, I have no financial relationship whatsoever with either of these trainers (other than I was a paying client of one of them a few years ago). I do know they’re both good online coaches.
