Need An Awesome Sprinting Program!

hey guys

well football season in canada is only a month away now and i really need to build abit a of speed up for this season

im looking for something that focusses on mostly short sprints, probably nothing over 100 yards

i searched for spriting programs here but didnt find anything very usefull, however if i missed anything feel free to link me to any similar threads

I know it looks incredibly basic on paper, but give this a shot.

1- Run (really really fast)
2- Pause to catch Breath
3- Repeat

2x 400m
3x 200m
5x 100m
10x 50m

Thats too easy do burpees between sets
