Need a Very Intense Strength Program

When I saw this topic, I was like, “Holy hell this guy’s gonna kill himself.”

Now I’m thinking about trying it myself. Kudos.
lol, when i saw it i said, “damn this is probably going to kill me,” because i knew as soon as i saw it that i had to try it.

When i see crazy stupid programs like this that everyone talks about how hard they are, i have to do it. its why i did meltdown, its why i V-diet, and its why i am shooting for a 600lb deadlift at 180 lbs by the end of this year, even though my current max is 375.

Anyone else love these near death, makes you want to kill yourself and other people, (but you dont because you can’t decide whether you would feel better by killing yourself or others), type of workouts? I think it is because i wrestled for seven years and we trained crazy everyday.

P.S. running it through this December, before i do my final maxes for the year.

Yeah. Only I can’t do it very long for squat/dl because I risk breaking myself anymore. Short intense S-A style routines work very well for me, provided I pick the right exercises to hit the right weak points. If not, they just make me tired.

The question about decline is a good one. I’m not sure how much that would transfer over though. Did you lose/gain weight during/since the program?
I lost a few pounds during the program but gained now about an additional 6 or 7 pounds during the layoff week. The week I was off felt like it was a month though and I really wanted to get back to the gym that week but I promised I would take it easy. I guessed it paid off!
