As of late, I’ve been unpleased w/ my neck both with it’s posture and the size of it(specifically the sides from a head on view, where the neck meets the traps). Are there any exercises that can be done preferably w/out obscure equipment that would help correct neck posture and develop the sides of the neck?
A 4 way neck machine or harness is best, but lots of heavy shrugs and deadlifts will help too.
