What exercises do y’all do to thicken your neck?

Do you want a bigger neck for football or wrestling, or just for looks?
All I do is heavy deadlifts and barbell hack squats. For me that’s enough - I normally wear large or medium shirts but have to wear XLs if I need to button them up all the way.
Oly lifting might work too. Here’s 75 kg lifter Lidia Valentin to illustrate.
neck bridges worked for me
CT’s G Force neck traiing has worked for me in the past. I am going to start it again soon.
tie a 10 pound plate to a towel and bite the towel. Then just move your head around a bunch.
Dead lift, rack dead lifts, some power cleans or snatches from the hang, neck harness. Good luck findind dress shirts off the rack that fit come a year later training a few of those lifts hard.

as well, deadlifts will strengthen your traps and in turn your neck. when I finally stopped doing those physio stretches for an hour a day adn devoted that time to lifting heavy weights off of the ground my neck mobility returned. you dont think about it but there is some significant stretching going on in your neck when you are keeping your head looking forward and picking up some heavy shit during a dead lift.
