Neck Training neck harness chains to a plate loaded leg extension?

I am wondering if it is better to attach the neck harness chains to a plate loaded leg extension part. would this be more inline with the strength curves of the neck?

what would arthur jones say about this? he did make the point that the wrist curl perfectly follows the strength curve of the forearm muscles and same with a plate loaded leg extension machine. Now i am wondering if the neck is stronger at the vertical position or the opposite?
