I have found and read the article The Weakest Link by Don Alessi. It describes my situation Perfectly. I pulled the muscles in my upper neck AGAIN. It has been an on again off angain problem, unfortunately i found the article a little late. As i am already injured. My question is this can i use the exercises described to help stretch my currently injured neck? I will be going for Acupuncture ( used it in the past and gives quickest pain relief ) tomorrow.
I will obviously use light weight but would it be better to rest completely with light stretching or can i use mild weight lifting to keep blood flowing to the area and keep toxins moving out of injured part? Unsure an response would be appreciated. Thanx in advance
Dude get a foam pillow that holds it’s shape. That helped me out when I pulled something in my neck that was driving me crazy for a long time. Ciao. ![]()
