I don’t mean like shrugs, but doing things like bridges. Any tips on how to do them? Also any other neck exercises?
What do you want to acheive from doing neck exercises?
A thicker neck? A neck less susceptible to damage? A neck that can withstand lots of force?
You can do planks, where you just lie on your back lift yourself up on your elbows into a crab like position, and put your weight on the back of your head slowly while taking the weight off your elbows.
Can do holds against a wall leaning your weight on your head, and moving it up and down(not explained very well)
buy a head harness and do neck curls every day. your neck is the fastest growing muscle.

Yeah, but get a good one. I had an old leather one that sucked. I just picked up the Spud neck harness from Marc Bartley. It is much better.
I also hear good things about the one Ironmind sells.
get the neck harness from ironmind…its the best
