girlbot, so where do you workout? I was trying to figure out if I would know you or not. I have been at the Gold’s on 108th and Q for years and am now at Fitness Premier on 176th and Q and can’t wait for Lifetime Fitness to open on 168th and Center.

Omaha is a pretty small town for being a city, so I would guess I have probably seen you around somewhere…

Nah, I go to 24hr fitness. The only thing I don’t like about it are the million stupid PTs and that they just annexed the stretching area!

I have been updating the competitor, sponsor and raffle list so keep an eye on it. We are getting close to being full with competitors so get your entry in if you want a spot. Also, we continue to get more and more items in for the goody bags and raffle.

Being from Omaha, I might just have to show up (as a spectator of course).

We just received a huge shipment from 8-ball Nutrition for all the competitors. They have provided bags for all competitors filled with over 15 samples of protein, creatine, multi-vitamins, protein bars and more, a shaker cup and t-shirt.
This is in addition to the Cytosport samples, Olympic Rub ointlment, Truly Huge keychains and Titan Support Systems t-shirts, wrist wraps and lifting straps everyone will already receive.
This is just what we have received so far with much more on the way. The goody bags are going to be very, very nice and full.
8-ball Nutrition also donated some very nice 30-day supplements packages for the charity raffle.

Just a quick update. We are officially full. There will be a waiting list started so that anyone wanting in the competition can get in if and when there are any cancellations. If you send in your entry and are on the waiting list and do not get in, your money will be refunded.

Also, we will now be giving out prizes to each event winner in each class in addition to the awards for the overall winners.

We just received an AWESOME shipment from Mauro Pasquale at Metabolic Diet. Mauro is a world famous powerlifter from Canada.
He sent every competitor a copy of his Anabolic Solutions for Powerlifters, a $40 book. In addition, he sent 12 Exersol Kits (consisting of preworkout supplements, workout supplements with protein/creatine and post workout amino acids, a $70 value). The top three in each division will get the Exersol kits.
