Navy Routine

Yeah, because he has the gift of beard. And a rifle.

Week 1 complete. Not too bad, except for the sit ups (bad back stopped play).
You begind to realise how sloppy you are having done low impact aerobic work when it comes to running outside. definitely lost some fat (began at 6’1" & 190lbs w/ too much blubber). Definitely feel better for this training.
As to who would do it? Depends on how you were brough up to exercise (plus a bad back stops me lifting now)
