What are you eating right before your naps? Are they always at the same time of day?
i dont take them regularly because i know ill be sick when i wake up. i usually just eat the same stuff, nothing really different.
I’ve heard of this. Ask mommy to move your nap to a different time. Have the milk and cookie AFTER the nap.
Seriously, what adult has time for a 4-hour nap? ?Regularly or not? Do you mean you feel like this after a night’s sleep?
Wow thanks for not being a dick or anything.
im 19 working towards a full time job. my nap is usually 20-60 min. when i take one. usually after training

Hey no problem.
sounds like morning sickness
Do you get enough sleep at night? I get sick to my stomach like that if I don’t get enough sleep.
Naps should be mandatory for full-time employees!
ya that could be it. i usually will take naps if i dont get enough sleep. any idea as to why that is tho?
Hmm, sounds like you are drinking yourself into a coma man then waking up still hung over… lay off the sauce for a while.

do not listen to this advice. The only way to avoid feeling nauseous after an alcohol induced coma is to keep a bottle of scotch next to your bed. When you wake up and feel ill, down two good slugs off that bottle and pass back out for 15 minutes or so. When you wake back up, if you still feel ill, repeat. Eventually you’ll either feel ok, or have to get up to go buy more scotch. Either way, you win!
I went to the doctor and told him that every time I wake up, I go to the bathroom, look in the mirror and want to throw up. He said, “Your eyes are fine.”

lol
I used to get a stabbing pain in my eye every morning when I drank my coffee. I tried switching to decaf, no luck, tea, also no luck. I finally went to the doctor and he asked me to pour myself a cup from the pot in his office. I did, took a sip and the pain came back immediately. I asked him if there was anything I could do and he said “take the spoon out of the cup”

Yep, he’s pregnant.
Could it be an ulcer? Maybe try some antacid before napping?
