Morning Sickness?

No I am NOT pregnant, but lately I have been waking up and while getting ready for work/classes or making breakfast I sometimes get the feeling that I am about to throw up. One time a few days ago I almost did. It’s something that has begun recently and I don’t really know what the problem is. I am currently trying to bulk up and I do eat usually within 2 hours of sleeping and sometimes it’s a meal or a shake.

The only logical thing I can think of is my eating habits. I’ve gone from about 215 to about 235 in the past 6 months and have been working out very hard with little to no cardio.

I tried today convincing myself to start cutting, but i feel that I’m not big enough and I am now trying to continue to right before summer to try to Velocity diet. I will though, begin using healthier alternatives such as only egg whites, more veggies and fruit and smarter carbs like oatmeal and rices.

Any suggestions or diagnoses?

thanks again in advance

This happens to me whenever I get less than 7 hours of sleep, which is very often.

I still eat a huge breakfast, which doesn’t help but it doesn’t hurt either, atleast for me.

I don’t really have any advice for you, other than maybe find a drink that makes you feel better or swig some pepto - I do that sometimes.

GOod luck

I get that way when I drink a lot of coffee before I eat anything.

I have a condition with my esophagus, that means that often I can get pretty nauseous in the morning if I eat before say, an hour of being awake.

However, I’ve found that just correcting my diet, especially with something soothing in the morning (like organic yoghurt and some psyllium husk fiber), I’m fine.

I am actually slowly getting convinced that this “condition” of mine, appeared because of bad eating habits, which have now been fixed for the last few years, and I get affected more and more seldomly.
