I’m 19 years old, 6’4", 225 lbs, and around 12% bodyfat. I’ve spent the last 18 months reading, eating, and training to the best of my abilities.
I have a fast metabolism, so I don’t restrict myself when it comes to calories. I aim for 200 g protein 300-400g carbs and as many clean fats as possible on a daily basis, give or take depending on how hard I did or did not train that day.
What I want to know is how to train and eat for the greatest T and GH and insulin payoffs naturally.
Recently, I’ve been designing my splits around a core lift for each workout, ie: deadlift, squat, clean and press, bench presses, shoulder presses, and dips.
How can I maximize my gains in size and strength with this approach in terms of training frequency and load and recovery? I’m always looking for new ways to improve-thanks for the help.
