Seth 5 is really an awesome picture.
Long has some NASTY quads!!!
Heres some pics of Steve Kuclo who I believe is around 24 years old also. From what I hear he had crash dieted away lots of his new gained size from the off season.
Last one of Steve, I couldn’t find a better back double bi… He seems to be half ass posing in all of the pics I’ve seen of this pose.
Seth looked great, long’s quads are sick, Cedrick was on point, Al Auguste looked great (i like that guy for not only class but overall). Banks, hope he wins but he’s been sick i here, he shrunk a bit.
Trey will keep improving, but not there yet. Both Tamer (nice obliques ans shoulders) and Kulco, not seeing the hype. B. Ray has got it, but loses it on stage so far.
seth, cedrick, auguste for the overall depending on who wins class between seth and al.
Seth Feroce has won the light heavy weight class, B Ray took 4th. Also, Jeff Long has won the Heavy weight class with Lee Banks taking 2nd again.
EDIT: Its Seth Feroce’s birthday today… hes 25 years old. Damn these mofos are young.
Cedric McMillan has just won the SHWs and the Overall.
CONGRATS to all the winners! I think that Cedric will be a great pro with a REAL chance at winning a pro show next year and that Seth Feroce will be a REAL dominate force in the 202s next year as well. I can see them both taking down a pro show.
Thanks for the updates. I can’t say I am disappointed with the results. I can see myself becoming a big Feroce fan, especially since his is from Pitt, home of the steelers.
I don’t see how anyone could possibly predict any other outcome than cedric winning his class and overall. None of the “guru’s” had him definitely winning his class let alone the overall which I found ridiculous. The guy is a perfectly proportioned monster, props to him.
Slightly off topic but jesus christ I hate how all the hispanic and white competitors tan themselves for competitions… I understand that you need to be darker for competitive bodybuilding, and that they may be standing next to a very dark black man on stage, but most of the time I feel it ruins the whole aesthetic package.
It looks like really bad sunburn.
I’m not saying lighter guys shouldn’t use fake tanner and stuff for shows, obviously they should, and obviously some guys do get it right and look great, but it’s just one of those things I can never get over when looking at an otherwise great physique.
Poor Trey, his genetics for muscle shape are terrible.
Feroce needs more back (badly) and arms and then he’ll be able to just refine it all. His legs and chest are great I think.
Banks has great conditioning. I guess the judges think that his upper body dwarfs his lower half. That’s what I see.
Jeff Long has high lats but those legs are nuts. Look a bit like Wheeler in 93
Brewer really brought his arms up in the past few months. He’s steadily improving but needs to work more on the chest now.
Ray just looks bad. It doesn’t even look like he trains his back. He looks much better in the spreads in the magazine. Something’s wrong with his contest prep.

I agree with everything. If Banks brings up his lower body he will be very difficult to beat. He kind of reminds me of a more conditioned Melvin Anthony, structurally.

He stated in the last MD that he started lifting weights avoiding any direct leg work. They have actually improved greatly.
As far as Branden, his back is huge, it just doesn’t have a lot of definition. That angle and lighting has much to do with it as well and it is clear he was going for more size this year. The only thing off is his conditioning…which really isn’t that bad.
Heres some pics from the overall posing round. We got Seth, Jeff and Cedric hitting a rear lat spread. Seth, as a light heavyweight is looking dense and huge next to Jeff the heavyweight. Cedric is just a giant of a man though.
Everyone looking like they had a great time as they wait for the overall winner to be announced. Hey, they’re all pros now… smile.
